R. G.From the kind gentleman on the door, to all staff there, thank you for making our vist a very positive experience.
Our server was cheerful helpful and looked after us with a genuine smile and kept our table clear and we never had to wait.
You could see the whole team working hard and keeping the whole restaurant clean and working together happily bringing back the human factor to a commercial restaurant environment (a very hard act to pull off)
As a result we will definitely be back, as long as you have this team.
B. C.Piping hot food , surprisingly cheap and very yummy !!! If you come before 3pm you can take part in the all you can eat pizza buffet !!
This restaurant only takes contactless payment , so make sure to bring a smartphone as you will be expected to pay for your food through their app. Bearing this in mind , the menu that pops up is very simple to navigate and has big prompts onto their best deals , like meal deals and share platters.
If you've never been to a pizza hut with your family , it's really worth bringing little ones , they have an unlimited ice cream that comes with the kids meal. Speaking of the kids meal , they have two different age ranges , one for older kids and one for little ones. Both are around the same price so you don't have to pretend your 12 year old is 6 .
All around a good experience and I recommend it for an easy meal .

L. S.I love Pizza Hut but very disappointed with my visit this time. Had a 20 minute wait to be seated. Was not told at the beginning that they were very low on salad items. Also not given option of pizza base, wanted deep pan but got thin and way too crispy, pizza was also quite dark and over cooked on one half!! Has definitely put me off going to Pizza Hut for quite a while!! 🍕😞👎

Had one glass of wine, one orange juice and one Coke and a milkshake, was £55 which I think was quite expensive... Great service and friendly staff tho was very enjoyable.

S. B.Lovely place and location. Very friendly staff but Pizza Hut has a generally very basic salad bar. No a drop imagination involved at all. If they charging over £5 for a salad bar then they could extend their salad variety. Morrison's has an amazing salad buffets with lots of choices. Why pizza hut can't do something like that?

B.The new app where you can now order your meals & drinks etc without the need of table service, makes it a lot easier for both the customer and the staff, especially the latter having to keep coming back. Once you know what to order off the main menu, with the extra sides and drinks, you just sit and wait for your glasses, bowls etc to arrive and you are left to your own devices.
M. S.Haven't visited for long time for all the obvious restriction reasons, and I'm happy to say the experience was lovely.
Lots of changes to the business as a whole, which have been implemented very well.
It's a cashless establishment, but this ties in well with the ordering process.
Greeted and seated by very presentable and cheerful staff, who gave us menus and explained we could order through the app by scanning our table's QR code, or with them in the usual manner. "For anything you need, please just ask us."
For some restaurants I've visited that have adopted this type of app system, it's been a close-to-terrible experience, and although some of the appeal of eating out is the luxury of table service, I elected to give the app a go for ordering. IT WORKS! Faultlessly. As easy as pointing to the items on the menu in front of me. Suggested deals for each main that was picked, which actually did make sense instead of just being an upsell technique. Ordered and paid for in moments for Dad, Mum and two mid-teens. Only strange thing was the app asking how much tip to add. Seemed odd doing it before the meal, but this is when payment was made, so...
Drinks, salad bowls etc, were with us in mere minutes, and by the time we had done most of the salad, the mains and sides arrived. All at the same time, all piping hot. All served with a smile.
Food was great tasting, and plenty for the portion sizes.
We had a proper blowout feast to mark the end of my son's mock exams, and daughter has asked to come here after her next karate belt test. So definitely coming back.
T. P.Had longs queues but not many staff, upstairs was shut so limited tables. Buffet was constantly out of pizzas, and could have done with more of the popular pizzas in place. Paying was quick and staff friendly however so some redeeming features. Don't go in half term I've learnt but didn't help that upstairs was shut

The minus one star its for the lack of ingredients due to supply and because instead of the chicken that was unavailable i ordered corn on my pizza and they added bacon instead.....
Oh well overall the food was amazing sometimes its not but sometimes its the best pizza i ever had.

N.The pricing is a bit spicy but the pizza is delicious and well made. A great place to go with your mates for a bite. The Pepsi Max was also very good and full of flavour. Overall, the whole experience is great, clean and welcoming with lovley staff. The price is the only problem in my opinion, a bit too high in certain areas but if you don't mind spending a bit of money for a night out, I definitely recommend.

The drinks offers are really good and have a good range of fizzy drinks, limited on the nonfizzy though.
The cookie dough dessert was good.

The service was very good also, very polite, courteous, swift and professional.
Only downside was the BBQ ribs which were sub par at best, cold, mushy and not at all BBQ flavoured. The restaurant did however understand and they removed the ribs from the bill.
Overall a pleasant experience still which left me full and content.

M. F.Easy to find restaurant, just off the ring road. Lots of seating over two floors. Big menu to choose from I had a pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust which I've not had before and it was really nice. The people I was with both had flatbread pizzas and really enjoyed them. The staff were really friendly and overall it was a lovely meal.
S. S.Was there yesterday and had the buffet, but i must say i am disappointed but i should have seen it coming. It was quantity instead of quality. The pizzas were lacking sauce and the pastas were not good. The salad bar was great. The sodas had to much sugar on it. And the staff was asking us every 5 minutes if everything was good which was annoying.

K. A.As gluten free vegans we were pleased to find something edible on the menu. Ordering, however, was another story altogether. The app we were instructed to use (as per new safety guidelines) is not at all user friendly - even for a tech savvy teenager. The food was good-but unfortunately not good enough to go through that unnecessarily complicated and time consuming ordeal again.
c. p.It was nice but no salt or pepper at the tables. No chill oil etc. You also had to order via your phone
J. D.Staff were friendly, but food was somewhat slow to arrive, namely the desserts. Only one toilet was open for the entire restaurant for it to be "COVID secure" - not sure how that's safer than having multiple cubicles, reducing the concentration of all customers using one loo. The jalapeños were old and overly pickled, causing myself (and others) to have "the runs" for two days, with our stomachs becoming unsettled very soon after eating them. I'd return in the future, but perhaps after COVID is given the boot (and will certainly stay away from anything with jalapeños).

R. M.I can't fault the service. The waiters and waitresses have always been good and attentive. We always tip them. However the food needs to improve. Italian style pizza is often dry and hard. Deep pan is okay but it's a bit too bready and again, verging on dry and lack toppings. It's miles apart from any pizza I could get at my local Domino's on offer. Salad bar is really boring and could do with fewer cucumbers and raw carrot sticks. The Harvester's salad bar has a better variety. Honestly, why not put some tasty pasta salads and couscous salads in the bar along with the potato salad? And perhaps olives? Red peppers? I don't know... Just not some basic, cut, raw cucumbers and carrots please - if you're going to serve cucumbers and carrots, make it into a lovely creamy coleslaw type thing would be so much better. I don't feel it's value for money at all otherwise. I didn't pay all that money just to get a few sticks of raw veg I could have bought for 50p per kilo and chopped myself 🤷🏻♀️

Sorry not so good Even after taking into account Covid restrictions NEED MORE STAFF those they have are awesome well done but really you need a few more selections that you can order. Why have the refill drinks gone ???? Cant see any reason that Covid can affect the drinks? Also should not need to be given a carving knife to cut a pizza !!!. Sorry but I will not be returning until there are changes, I eat out a lot and go to all types of restaurant and NONE have re opened so badly.
I feel terrible for the staff as they are doing a awesome job given the tools that they have.
S. H.Good quality restaurant as you expect from this chain! Wait was little long but too be expected on a bank holiday. Big sharer and individual sharer was great for 4 of us and the unlimited salad always goes down wonderfully! Even includes a nice cookie dough sharer I've never had before so brillant!
N. S.The pizza was good, with it you get unlimited salad buffet and you can also buy unlimited soft drinks. Only thing is they didn't have the cookie dough dessert I wanted 😢 but obviously they can't help if they've run out, I ended up getting a waffle instead but I wasn't much a fan of that, the waffle was a bit hard.
J. L. (.You can never go wrong with Pizza Hut. The staff are helpful and friendly, there normally isn't too long of a wait to be served and the pizzas are delicious! (Their desserts are awesome too!!) I always choose to come here for my birthday. I will continue to return here; highly recommended!

Staff flitting about like startled hares, none seemed to have a solid purpose and made a nuisance of themselves trying to oversell a meal deal that we'd told them we didnt want, asking repeatedly if we'd like extra sides etc. Very invasive and made for a very irritating meal.
p. b.Went for weekday lunch in a party of 12 and had the all you can eat buffet. Good value at £7•50 . The salad bar was included and had a good choice. Pasta was fairly basic. There was a constant supply of various pizzas - at least 6 varieties. There was unlimited fizzy drinks at £2.90. Would use again

N. B.Pizza Hut... The pizza is as good as usual, but the coronavirus policies are a bit ridiculous. A separate entrance/ exit, but when we have to pass more tables/ people to the new exit than we would for the regular entrance/ exit; that doesn't make much sense to me. Ordering on the phone is ridiculous as well. Won't be returning until service goes back to normal.
M. L. H.I was so impressed. I am nostalgic about this place as I remember when it was built. It also looks like a hut, has on-site parking and is near the Showcase Cinema.
The Manager who served us (this was 25th October 2019) was friendly and helpful and I was so impressed when he bought me an allergy sheet when I ordered the yummy vegan mushroom pizza. Fantastic!

Cutlery, well the knives to be precise are abysmal and wouldn't cut through basic food material let alone the hard pizza base.
Salad bar was ok, nothing special but still not bad and can't grumble as it is free with a main.
Kids running amok in there, up n down the stairs, jumping down from different steps nearly colliding with patrons and staff.
There should be a policy to deal with unruly and unsafe behaviour

a.Good place to eat as a family or group of friends. Pizza is good and there is a free salad bar with fresh salad and pasta. Good drink selection with beers and wines and also a refillable soft drink option. Nice ice cream bar for the kids for desert to.

R. S. B.It's Pizza Hut; don't come here expecting fine Italian dining. Their Pizza is ok and the salad bar has a few options. The staff is friendly, which is particularly impressive since it's usually crowded and there are at least a few screaming children.

B. M.I quite like this Pizza hut but the experience can be too variable to rate above a three. Parking is ok unless they are very busy. Food is normally reasonably good but can be distinctly average while general cleanliness is never five star, ranging from sticky tables, floors and chairs and untidy menus.

M. K.Fast service as we went in weekday at lunch time and had a buffet therefore it wasn't crowded, however alot of the cutlery 🍴 was dirty and we kept having to ask for cleaner ones... Glasses were dirty too.
