Haven't been to pizza hut for years. I was really impressed with the staff, both the chefs and waitresses. Really friendly and helpful. The food was great. Really good quality and the salads were as lovely as I remembered. The ice cream bar is fun. We're Def coming back.

It seems that Pizza Hut restaurants are a dying breed, which is a shame. Eating in is a much loved experience and reminds me of my childhood! Our waitress was lovely and helpful. We got a great deal- we paid about £60 for two large pizzas (one was stuffed crust), 2 sides, unlimited salad, 3 unlimited refill drinks and 3 desserts!

We use this location whenever we come to Plymouth with the autistic chap that I'm a carer for. We don't come for the food (it's pizzahut you know what it is), no we come because of the staff. They all seem to understand our chaps needs and wants and do their best to accommodate us with a cheerful attitude. Well done guys.

Had the most wonderful customer service last night when I picked up my order. The staff member was very attentive and noticed we'd been waiting a while for our order. All in all, for the slightly long wait and then they put onions on a pizza they shouldn't have, we received for free: two boxes of salad from the bar (we could fill ourselves), another pizza without onion and we took the oniony pizza too, and two desserts with ice cream! We were amazed and so grateful - will definitely be returning. I've always loved this pizza hut restaurant and I'm very happy to see the standards in customer service and food are still phenomenal.

My favourite pizza place! Clean and tidy, easy to book online. When busy can be a little slow to greet you but often do acknowledge your entrance. Ordered a takeaway this time. Food was ready quickly with quality checks before handing out.

Took my son and 5 of his friends out for his birthday and it was great. Staff were polite and friendly. Nothing was toouch trouble. Pizza was fresh and hot when it arrived and all the kids loved the ice-cream factory and the different flavoured drinks from the machine.

PLYMOUTH BARBICAN Tuesday 24th May Went for an early evening meal with family friends as it was their daughters 9th Birthday treat. Our waiter Chris was absolutely brilliant. He looked after us with care and attention and kept an eye on us incase we needed any additional food or drinks. Being early evening there were a lot of children in the restaurant but all the staff took it in their stride and were always helpfull. Our Pizzas were whipped from the oven to our table quickly & were nice and hot, really lovely pizza! But again, big thank you to Chris for making it such a pleasant evening.

Good and fresh pizzas, they were delicious, salad bar needs updating, there is nothing exciting there. Boring and underseasoned salads, please give your salad bar bit of love, I used to visit Pizza Hut abroad and used to go there mostly for salad bars. Staff was ever so nice and helpful. My only issue was that tips are supposed to be a grattitude for a nice meal and paid after service not before, but new mobile system only allows you to pay it upfront.

Went in, got seated. Had great pizza. The place has a great atmosphere and decor as well as unlimited soft drink, decent music and friendly staff. Most importantly the pizzas were great. Only complaint is that I tried to add stuffed crust to my pan. And they turned my pan into a thin crust. I do not like thin crust. Nor the number 14. 😀

The best part of this pizza hut were the friendly helpful staff. Pizza is pizza at the end of the day. Although the salad bar wasn't operational staff came with a couple of bowls of firm favourites - coleslaw, potatoe salad, green salad and tortilla crisps, which could be refilled as many times as you wanted. 8 year old granddaughter loved the ice cream machine!!!

We had the lunch buffet which was great value and very tasty. We went around 14:30 and it wasn't busy. I have a sensory issue and asked the server if she could turn the music down and she was very accommodating, sitting us far away from any speakers and also turned the music down low. It made our visit relaxing, enjoyable and accessible for me. The pizza was fresh and there was a reasonable choice of salad (both unlimited).

When you tip on your card payment, the waiter and kitchen staff have a fair split. A lot of restaurants keep 70% and only 30% going to the staff.

Visit here quite often and staff are friendly and efficient. A couple of the managers are a bit stuffy/uptight but they don't seem to be so customer facing, which probably helps. Food is as you'd probably expect....decent enough pizza at sensible cost, especially if you use student discount or 2 for 1 offers. Salad selection is variable...sometimes good, sometimes not. Things seem to run out more often than they should. Drinks aren't cheap but you don't get ripped off. It's a chain restaurant, so as long as your expectations aren't too high, you won't be disappointed.

Ordered from Pizza Hut this evening. As I sat in my Premium Travelodge room, pizza grease running down my fingers and dripping all over the table, I quite honestly contemplated my wellbeing - What on earth is this? This isn't a feast, it's a grease bucket. Then I quickly realised I didn't order pizza for fine dining, I ordered it because I was hungry enough to devour an entire vegans nightmare. For that reason, 5/5.

We arrived in the rush hour and the staff where amazing. They soon had us, and many more sat within 30 minutes. The food was fresh the decor great. They offer pizza for every ones tastes, even a veggi one. Disabled access is available and the toilets very clean.

Good food, good service, good deals. Always worth popping in before or after your trip to the cinema or bowling. It's practically tradition. I would recommend booking in just to be on the safe side or if there are quite a few of you turning up. It's usually a 30min wait for food and 30mins to eat, so plan on being at least an hour early if you are going to the cinema.

The eat as much pizza deal wasn't great. Almost every pizza was burnt. It felt like they were training a new person to cook pizza and when it got messed up then that pizza was put out on the deal. The place was OK and clean. It wasn't a good experience and I wouldn't bother going there again. Maybe it was just a bad day which is why I've given them a 3 star and not a 1 star!

It was quiet when we visited and we got a table immediately. We have been before and ended up going elsewhere due to long wait times so best to book if you are going at a popular time. It's friendly enough but we had an issue with the server telling us an incorrect deal and getting charged when we weren't expecting it. They did deal with it and agree to honour the deal we were told about though.

This particular Pizza Hut has a huge free car park outside. It is located close to a cinema multiplex and a bowling alley. The buffet at lunch time is great value as it is all you can eat. Staff are polite and friendly. Great for families.

Small pot of fries 3,60£! Ok they were really tasty. 4 stars as they offer vegan pizza with vegan cheese which was actually very delicious. Also the base can be chosen gluten free. No coke on the menu just Pepsi which I don't like. Sauces were nice and staff was ok one of the girls was especially nice and friendly but did not see her name. We paid 46£ for three drinks three pizzas and two pots of fries. I know it's the average price for a pizza place in UK but if I went into Tescos I could buy a cart full of vegan junk food that would last me for at least two days 👌

Do you like Pizzas? If you do, you should try this place. The parking is right outside so its very convenient. I've been here many many times, I can tell you I have never seen a ghost or pirate in the car park. Another thing is that when you enter Pizza Hut you discover its actually a restaurant not a hut. They also sell lots of Pizzas, they dont however sell Findus Crispy Pancakes....oh well
