Excellent Italian food... Generous portions... Fair prices and lovely helpful staff... Way better than any other pizza place in Preston the pizza is always exceptional

Close tie with Craft and Crust in Penwortham for the best authentic Italian style pizza in Preston. However Volare is a bit cheaper and has a wider range of pizzas and other Italian cuisine. Staff are great and food usually ready when promised. I recommend the Calabrese. It’s seriously good.

Pizza is excellent but the quality of cheese used on pizzas doesn't seem as good as it used to be Went on 16th and ordered a pistachio tiramisu also but was really unwell (sick) after eating this the following day Guessing the tiramisu wasn't fresh or stored cold enough?

First time I personally ordered . The Pizza s absolutely authentic thin , crispy traditional Italian . 12 Inch times 3 .....Al half and half .. ie . I had Half Hawian and Half Pepperoni ( They are very happy to do that ) plus One Carbonara ( very Creamy ) plenty panchetta ( came with a tub of fresh Parnesan ) Whole order 27 pounds . I collected. Fresh. Delicious and Faultless . My New Italian . The speciality Pizza are next on my list xxx 10 out of 10 ...

I had pizza delivered, it was not expensive and came reasonably quickly - but here's the thing....... I can take pizza or leave it and the best one I have ever had was from Winston's in Lune Street well over 30 years ago. Dominoes are about the best around (though quite expensive) until now! Volare has beaten the best, even better than Winstons. Well done Volare - a masterpiece!

Amazing local artisan and traditional Italian. They can, deservedly, spend time with their family, so not always open when you wish them to be, however, the food is freshly made and prepared, at a very reasonable price. They don't deliver, and why should they, defiantly a destination takeaway, the coffee is pretty good too!

I'm Italian and yes has been hard for me to find a real Italian pizza until i found Volare. If you want to taste several amazing Italian plates, well don't hesitate to visit this place. Also Giuseppe and his stuff are very friendly. Try, you won't regret.

First time trying after seeing loads of good reviews. Drove 25 minutes to get here, our pizza was hot out of the oven as we arrived. By the time we were home it was still hot. Fantastic pizzas, lovely service.

We usually have one Italian takeaway or meal a week. Visiting various places near us. Since Volare opened we haven't been anywhere else. It is fantastic, the couple that run it are very likeable and I really can't recommend it highly enough. Please visit you will not be disappointed!

Sad to say I did not experience volare before, maybe living with a chef I don't really do takeaways, happy to say I superseded him on my tea for this evening. I had garlic mushrooms, garlic bread and a Hawaii pizza, Well what can I say it was fabulous, on picking up the food from a meticulous clean establishenent to the absolutely fabulous food bursting with flavours, even the mister chef and picky daughter pinched quite a lot of it, think I will have to order more on my next visit, Hiden little gem on my door step
