I do like pizza hut, it's a shame that the salad side of it has gone down abit and needs upgrade, as also making sure salad selection is full and available, Good staff that served us, wasn't busy as it was almost an hour into closeing time, Very clean and good spot for meal , will be back soon as kids enjoyed.

We went here twice. Great experience each time. We had the buffet. It was well stocked. The pizzas came out fairly quickly and there was a wide variety available. The pasta and salad bars were well stocked as well. Overall, 5* experience each time.

I can't remember the last time I visited a pizza hut, but it did feel disappointing. Had to wait a while before being acknowledged on entering, tables were sticky and the buffet was only on during the day. Staff were pleasant and the food was ok. I would probably visit again but I wouldn't rush back.

I go every single week on a Thursday with my best friend, and it never fails to disappoint. As a whole, this restaurant is amazing. From the Pizza, to Sides to Bottomless Drinks and the salad bar too! Absolutely amazing. Love Will and the rest of the team!

Visited the Pizza Hut in West Quay in Southampton. Took me till my 3rd attempt at unwrapping napkin sealed cutlery to find some that was clean-ish. Maybe the dishwasher needs a deep clean. Having worked in a restaurant and not a posh one, myself, once the cutlery came out the dishwasher a kitchen assistant wiped it down with a microfiber cloth to remove smears and then any remaining food would be spotted. But I do understand that sometimes there isn't always the time or the budget for enough staff to do all of these tasks. Though considering we aren't supposed to leave our seats twice I had to get back up and go to the cutlery station to retrieve more. Also the whole idea of waving the bit of paper around when you need a staff members attention...not ideal when they have sat you behind a pillar. I feel like more staff were needed for a week day lunchtime when there is a buffet "bluffet" offer. I enjoy Pizza Hut and often have it delivered at home so I am not put off entirely, I just might opt to choose somewhere different to eat next time I am in West Quay. Even so I appreciate staffs efforts at what is a trying time in the hospitality business.

This is a big restaurant well situated in the shopping centre. We went for thw "all you can eat" buffet which is an affordable meal for our large family of 6. The food was good and they even had pizza for my vegan daughter. The star is lost for the waitress who did her job and asked if the food was ikay but never refilled the cutlery, never talked us through how it all worked and didnt even get us the right number of glasses. The guy at the door however eas amazing and even talked my daughter through the ingredients of the menu to make her feel at ease...... ....shame about the lazy waitress!

Today I decided to eat at pizza hut i ordered a pepperoni pizza all on an app the food took about 35 mins to arrive after ordering Now for the review the pizza's strongest element would be the dough which was crispy and light on the crusts and more dense and soft under the toppings the mozzarella was also very good it added structure and a subtle flavour which worked well against the less approved sauce which had good elements like its sweet and tangy flavour but it was all eventually let down by the overpowering herby seasoning the pepperoni on the other hand added a salty meaty flavour which bring the dish to an overall 4 star review

In the food court of West quay shopping center, easy to book a table for multiple wheelchair spaces. Staff were lovely and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. Gave us a take out box for food when we couldn't finish. Price was great especially with the deal/pizza and drink combo for £15.00 and the food was high quality.

Good, clean, good service. Last time I went for the buffet, which I have to say is amazing. Perhaps a little more variety would help but nothing to complain at all. Over the weekend tends to be a waiting but even though it can be very busy the service is great. Only thing is that for a 'fast food' concept, suggesting the tip on top of the bill is something I am not very happy, I usually give them something, but sometimes I feel like I am promoting the restaurant to pay low salaries.

The food at pizza hut is delicious, but it is sneakily packaged into expensive 'meal deals' which bump up the total spend per table. The buffet is an excellent deal, but unavailable on saturdays which is unfortunately the only time i have attended. The kids think that the meals are good, and they love the unlimited ice cream factory, albeit it a little messy. The drinks are reasonably priced, and i love the added flavour options (Apple tango with lime!) Overall, a very clean restaurant with delicious food, if a little pricey for Pizza. Would recommend.

It was a trial visit to use a promotional voucher to get 2 for 1 pizza. However, we would not go again. Pizza was a bit too dry and we would not pay a full price for it. Nevertheless the service was excellent and staff very friendly.

Midday buffet was okay if you don't mind waiting for fresh pizzas to be brought out. The hot plate table was sparse and after waiting 10 mins or so, they put out about 8 pizzas all at once. There were so many people waiting there was a bit of a scrum. At least they were hot. Might have been better to keep a steady slow stream of pizzas being delivered to the table?

Very geared up for covid. Even though they were reasonably busy, table was booked easily, we're met and expected upon arrival and seated instantly. Then ordering was super easy on the app and drinks, salad brought really quick and all food orders piping hot shortly after. All groups sat at least 5 meters apart with good spacing and all the usual covid procedures in place well.

Arrived at 15:20, 4 adults one teenager and 2 children under 5. Saw the buffet was still all laid out so thought brilliant this will suit us really well they must of kept it going a little later to use up the last pizzas, the restaurant wasn’t busy, as it generally finishes at 3. Asked could we have the buffet and was told no. That was fine we didn’t argue, the staff were friendly to be fair. We ordered different options but to my disgust as we were waiting the staff came out and threw all the remaining pizzas (some only one or two slices gone) and threw the WHOLE LOT IN THE BIN !!!!!!!!! Pizza Hut this wanton waste in this day and age is pathetic and your management should be incredibly ashamed of yourselves, if you don’t want to sell it, people are starving and homeless, why not whip round to the nearest homeless shelter with what was left ???? If this is how Pizza Hut carry on I don’t think it’s the kind of place I will visit regularly. Food was nice otherwise, couldn’t fault the food not the service.

Normally we have a great time here. Unfortunately yesterday, we decided to try the weekend buffet. We arrived at 11:45 to avoid the lunch rush. In the hour we were there only four pizzas were brought out for the buffet. So if you are thinking of having buffet don't arrive until 13:00 when it seems that they start putting the pizzas out.

Ordered food off menu we decided on salad from salad bar we had two toppings for our pizza which was well cooked and hot and ordered two side dishes of onion rings and fries. Refillable drinks and a dessert each. Came two just over £30 for the two of us. Would recommend this place for good food.

Been a few times, never had an issue. Food always good and well cooked, the drinks machine has a good mix, and is easily accessible. Staff are friendly, the only issue I've ever had is trying to pay, at this point the staff seem to vanish. I could have walked out without paying the last 3 times we've been. It's as if they wish to change to a charity rather than a business!

Not the first time we had to wait extremely long to get the desserts. Also the website and app are rubbish. I am using Android Samsung S10 and chrome browser. Firstly the app after I chose the restaurant and selected meal, I see the meal in front of my eyes but it's not selectable. From the web page whenever I wanted to sign in to access my previous orders or to collect rewards, it won't give me the on screen keyboard, how can I type?! (I later figured I can type in any other app then copy and paste but it was too late)

This branch does an all you can eat buffet, but at v busy times they have problems keeping up with demand. The take was quite often empty and some of the pizzas that did come out didn't have much toppings. Still the salad bar was good and unlimited soft drinks were good value.

My better half got a chicken and mushroom pasta bake. Shame there was only two pieces of chicken within it and it was very bland. The manager came over and asked if everything was alright; we told him it wasn't and he was very professional and couldn't help enough. He offered to replace the meal or remove it from the bill. Apparently this meal comes in a packet and they cook it as it is - shame really, as I can buy a ready meal from the supermarket for less than £9.25. Pizza was good though.
