If you want a great takeaway, with great choice, then Papa John's needs to be one of the first on your list. With decent size choice and regular new pizzas this is a must try. With a massive vegan, vegetarian and gluten free range alongside some tasty sides, you have another reason to give them a try. Oh, and once you place your order, you can track you order, from preparation to delivery. Why not give it a go.

So I had a promo code sent by Papa Johns to my email that didn’t work, so I called this store and spoke to “Linda” hands down the best customer service I had ever received which warrants my first ever review. She was very accommodating. She worked to get what I wanted and even found a cheaper option, which I think every store should do! Then after I ordered I had called right back as I had made a mistake, Linda called over to request the order to be stopped as the pizza was already being made. Overall I think Papa if you do read the reviews of your chain and how they are getting on Linda needs a raise or a promotion. Thank you again.

Great pizza been mess d around more than once though it says that the pizza is ready and it's not and I have to wait 20 mins plus!

Staff if friendly however did find when their system went down we ended up waiting 40mins after arriving even though we were notified collection was ready. No compensation and seemed done with deliveries being prioritized.

I absolutely LOVE Papa John's! I order from here regularly... probably too regularly. But. I can't fault it, the food is WAY better than Dominoes, tastes so much fresher and I prefer their menu and the food in general. Mever had any issues what so ever. I have Never had a wrong order and always delivered on time. From someone who orders from here quite a lot I would highly recommend. Love you Papa John 😘😘 the world would be a terribly dull place without you 👌

Ordered pizza online and arrived at the Moredon shop to collect, only to find I had ordered from old town. I called old town and asked if they were able to deliver which despite being out of their catchment area, they did at no extra cost. The pizza was hot and fresh, the delivery driver was cheerful and polite and the service was above and beyond! Thanks papa johns, Victoria Road! 👍🏻

Great pizza, fast service, Fantastic staff and managers who make every effort to ensure things go right, ive never had a problem or any type of mishap. Every time ive ordered ive been treated like a valued customer even if it has been peak hours when the store is obviously rather hectic the staff are never to busy to offer special deals and family suggestions to get the best deal for what you want to spend. if you ask for delivery the drivers they have are excellent, well mannered and presentable unlike some places i could mention, ready with the correct change and always willing to assist you as best they can. It is indeed the only place to go for pizza ... Dominos and Pizza Hut pale into insignificance when compared to a freshly prepared and piping hot Papa johns pizza.

Placed my order online for collection earlier today and received perfect customer service! The staff were lovely and my order was faultless. 10/10! Can't recommend enough. :)
