First time at this Pizza Hut on holiday. Staff couldn’t be friendlier and very professional . Very clean and well organised. Food ordered came quickly and was fantastic. Thank you for making our holiday extra special.

Food was great, it was piping hot and come quickly, but you have to order through an app rather than in person which was a bit of a faff and they wanted a payment and tip in advance, when you tip on reflection of service given so I didnt feel the need to tip as I was doing all of the work ordering it all myself, well eventually once I got the hang of the app and i'm quite technically minded so I can see others struggling and giving up. The waitress was good once she come over though to bring the food out to us. So overall good food but the lack of a personal touch let it down and the food is not cheap so expect better.

Food and staff was great. Enjoyed the pizza immensely. The only negative was I asked for an americano coffee twice and both times the girl came back with something that resembled a latte. Apart from that would visit again. A little bit noisy but seems to like that everywhere you eat today. The days of a quiet romantic dining experience are long gone. Not that I would go pizza hut for a night like that lol 😆

Food great. It was spoiled by the big man who served our food, he was scruffy and looked like he had just wandered in 'off the street'..all the rest of the waiting staff were smart with uniforms on. He was also continually wiping the sweat off his brow with the back of his hand. Awful. It ruined the visit.

In my own childhood. Pizza hit was the place that my brother always wanted to go. I could never really see why. Ths ice cream machine is not very nice. The pizzas dont have much flavour Ive personally never really been a fan.

Just the usual chain pizza place. Went on bank holiday Monday and the only reason we went was because I had a voucher and we were going to try the buffet. Got there and the staff notified us that they don't do buffet on bank holiday. Ate anyway, so over priced for a pizza. Staff helpful and friendly. Very clean. Salad buffet well stocked.

It was quick service and good food, the fries are amazing and the vegan pizza is good too. My only issue was how there was hair in the pizza, and it wasn’t mine or my friends…there was one or two on top and even some in the actual pizza dough which I found disgusting, we weren’t sure to send it back as we didn’t wanna look like a Karen but realised I should of said something. Besides how gross it was having hair in the pizza showing that they probably don’t wear hairnets the food was good.

Decent Pizza Hut with selection of all you eat buffet available week days before 3pm. They cater for different dietary requirements. Pizza is typical pizza chain with a few different crusts to choose from. Salad bar is a bit limited but the Ice cream goes down well.

Just popped in whilst passing for a take out salad .Honestly it was such a lovely experience to be treated with kindness and good humour by the 2 members of staff I interacted with. Thanks !! The pizza was so oily it had seeped into the base and it was just awful. The bbq wings had a funky taste. The only thing we were able to eat were the jalapeño poppers. I don't think I will be going back again. The staff were super friendly though and very apologetic. We were refund part of the meal (more than I was expecting to get) Such a shame because the last time we went (pre-covid) the meal was amazing. Thoroughly disappointed.

Five star feast ! Extremely busy today due to college open day had to wait for a table . V smiley gent server busy but v polite asked us if ok to wait .. big table food ordered paid for on the appt . We were hungry 😋 but I think we over ordered .. no worries doggy box to take home the left overs . We had a super sharer unlimited drinks n salad lovely ! Pleasant poilte staff .. very lovely waitress lots of eye contact ..staff were busy but place was spotless . Food was lovely all fresh cooked v good We rolled out the door stuffed but happy ! Thank you 😊 We will be back super job ! Big thanks to Truro branch !

The staff is very good at this Pizza Hut however the pizza was slightly overcooked compared to other Pizza Huts I've been to before. It would have got 5 stars but the prices are too high as always

Staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Service is good. Food is tasty and comes out quickly. Our kids love the salad bar! The only negative is that the whole restaurant could do with a refurb, it's looking quite tired in places and the toilets are sometimes messy. The car park is also full of litter but I understand this is provided by another company. A firm favourite in our house! 🍕

Lovely decor, wonderful food (as per usual) and kind staff. They were very COVID conscious and the place was clean. Obviously there is no open salad bar or unlimited ice cream at the moment, so don't expect that! Only downside was the website they used for ordering - I placed an order and 25 minutes later it finally went through. Not sure what was going on there, but the site can be a little temperamental.

It was an ok visit, took us about half an hour to order food online to our table (normal table service much preferred) it felt a little rushed and they forgot 2 of our desserts. I would return but would request to order food with a person not this new lengthy online system.

Great service! The lady who served us was so lovely we had some vouchers and she sorted these our straight away. Food came quickly exactly as we ordered it. Drinks station and salad bar were an added bonus. With our vouchers we had 4 pizzas for £5 using a taste card and wuntu free pizzas.

The online table booking and ordering is a right pain, long winded and glitchy. Not the best menu selection in the world, no more unlimited salad bar just a bowl of potato salad, coleslaw or green salad to pick from. Food was just meh... Fries soft and soggy along with the onion rings. Pizza was just ok- nothing special. Desert was alright and staff friendly enough. Overall value for what we paid wasn't that great won't be going back anytime soon if at all.

The restaurant was clean and bright. Our server, Lauren, was so kind and she was very knowledgeable of the menu. Our food was piping hot and delicious. The manager on duty was very pleasant. A great experience! We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Just popped in, was sitted quickly and served just as quick. The kids' menu was ideal price wise and for what was included, both girls loved it especially the ice cream factory and the drinks station. Great pizza. Only minor issue was that we ordered a shared pizza for 2 as the waitress mentioned it would be more than enough and ended up giving us one each. Both pizza’s were destroyed but would have caused problems if someone else was in the same situation.

Went for the buffet in half term with my children, their was hardly any choice of different Pizzas, couldn't seem to be cooked quick enough for the demand. My kids ice-cream was coming out the machine like slop and when asking a staff member if he could top up the nachos on the salad bar, he was a grump - seemed to much of an effort.

Service was a little slow, they got my wife's pizźa wrong but overall an ok experience. Just a note to the wise (or not so in my case) you have to do something to register your car for parking or you get a £60 fine in the post.
