We upgraded our central heating with a new boiler and new radiators in every room. The old system, installed in late 70s, needed a whole revamp. It was a huge job involving lots of decisions about rads and positions of pipes. Tim listened carefully to all our ideas and worked well with us over many hours of prep and installation. Tim always came on time and kept us informed of his availability. We chose different rads for the kitchen and bathroom and this incurred a long delay. Tim tracked the order ensuring that the wait was as short as possible. When there was a problem he came and sorted it without delay. We are very pleased with his meticulous work and recommend Tim as an excellent plumber.
