Received great service from Adam at Furness. Our fireplace was delayed compared to the website however I received a very quick response when I contacted them. We love our fireplace and it sets off the room perfectly. We get lots of comments on the realism of the "flames".

Had an engineer out to service our gas fire. Instead of the usual quick clean that other engineers have done he stripped the whole fire down and cleaned every component. Never seen such a thorough job. Very pleased with the service.

Just had a log burner installed by the lads at Furness Heating. Fantastic service and competitive price. We were pushing to have this done as we have just bought our first house and wanted to decorate after the burner was installed. Adam at Furness Heating managed to fit us in within 2 weeks when most places told us it would be March. His communication was wonderful. Most companies took weeks to get back to us after an inquiry but Adam was so quick! They also price matched our log burner to the price we found online. The guys who came out were all lovely and professional. Can't fault the whole service from start to finish!
