Great service! They responded promptly despite the holiday season and solved previously recurring problems with our central heating system without any hassle. Very professional, upfront and transparent in explaining procedures and prices etc. Actually ended up saving me money by avoiding costly and unnecessary works that another provider insisted were required - almost a month later and so far so good!
