We strongly recommend Mike and team at 365Plumbing. Mike and team installed a new boiler for us, updated our corroded steel pipes and fixed a few faults within the broader system. This was a big job and we were especially pleased with the considerate attitude of the team who cleared up after themselves, kept noise to a minimum whilst we were working from home and tolerated our puppy! I felt the price charged was fair and the job was completed in the time frame quoted. Since this job we have used Mike again to install a new water main and outside taps and replace some bathroom taps at another property. All jobs completed quickly and at a reasonable price.

Mike and his team took on a very tricky project moving 3 walls , installing 4 showers ,4 toilets, 4 sinks and a bath. Everything was finished to a really high standard . Communication was excellent throughout. At all times all members of the team were professional, patient and on time . All of the other workmen used eg plaster, tiler, electrician again totally a fantastic service. Mike is a wonderful chap and so are all his men. I trust them 100% even gave them a key. If you need a job doing I wouldn’t hesitate to give 365 a call you won’t be disappointed. I will be using them for a future renovations .

I had used Mike at 365 previously to fit a new shower so when my boiler packed up 365 were the first place I went to. Mike immediately returned my call and was at my property later the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and in view of time constraints with his Parts suppliers nearing closing time he managed to source and obtain a part there and then and made a special journey of several miles to collect the part personally to ensure my boiler would be fixed the same day which he duly did . This service was exceptional and he did a great job. Very tidy and efficient. Mike is a personable guy and nothing was too much trouble. His price was fair and transparent and I would have no hesitation in recommending 365 Heating and Plumbing Ltd. to you.

Work was scheduled for the spring to install complete new system but old boiler broke at coldest time of year and a repair was not an option so at very short notice Mike and his boys undertook an emergency installation converting old indirect system with new combi boiler and six new radiators and replace power shower with new thermostatic mixer twin head shower. This ensured two elderly and disabled customers had the whole job done in just two days with a good price considering the amount of work undertaken. Mike and his team were polite and efficient and I thoroughly recommend them.

In hindsight I gave Mike very vague instructions - 'Please upgrade my bathroom and en-suite including new floor and wall tiles'. The results far exceeded my expectation. Having our boiler suddenly give up on us on Valentine’s day (Sunday), we found 365 heating and plumber company online. Having two young kids and it being very cold outside we needed to be seen quickly. Mike was very understanding and came out to see us within the hour. After some time looking, we needed a new boiler. They guys have done a great job with the tiling even though we supplied them with not so great tiles in respect to matching sizes and quality. Stayed late often to make sure the job was done on time and to a high standard, happily helped with any changes we wanted mid job and was very friendly through out the whole process. Absolutely BRILLIANT! We had just moved house and the boiler was only working intermittently, not what's needed in early January! Mike came round on a Saturday, gave a few pointers of things to try, and didn't charge us, he was so trustworthy, and took so much pride in his work. We had to call him back when the boiler stopped working 2 days later, again didn't charge us. Identified the issue (leak on the circuit board), gave different options (repair or new boiler installation), and didn't pressure us into making a decision there and then. We decided on a new boiler, quote was very competitive, he ordered it for next day, team arrived ontime, very professional, explained everything, and worked very cleanly leaving no mess. Cannot recommend highly enough!

He arrived quickly and worked efficiently, isolating the problem mixer tap that night. Excellent all Round. Over the Christmas period I had a number of issues with my central heating at home - NO Heating or Hot water !! 365 plumbing & Heating were referred to me. Within 2 hours of speaking to Mike, he arrived to check out the problem after finding 3 issues I decided to replace the boiler rather than repair & Mike was able to book an installation for Saturday. After considering we have 2 young children Mike prioritised our installation for an early installation, by 5pm Friday (the following day) he was finished. Mike was contacted through Baxi's website. He is an official Baxi installer. His quote was fair. The job was a swap of an old boiler and a move of a radiator. Everything was done on time. He is clean, he does the job following all the rules, he is organised. There was a problem with the chimney as I was on the 3 floor and he organised a crane to come and help him. After finishing the job he register the Baxi boiler online to have the guarantee and all the paperwork was completed. Don't hesitate to book him.
