N. H.Guido was the 3rd plumber trying to tackle the problem we had with our pipes and out of 3 only he was the only one which approached the problem in holistic way. He investigated it thorough and explained each step in concise way. The problem has been fixed, and apart from professional skills I would really recommend Guido's friendly attitude.

I explained what happened. He was methodical in checking what might have been the issue and explained why he was carrying out the checks.
He fixed the problem in quick time and was very efficient. He then took the time to talk me through what had happened and what can help prevent it in the future so very informative too.
