Darren had great comms and was the first to get back to me of several local plumbers with a price and date (which was much sooner than expected). On the day him and Sam were on-time, professional and went above and beyond to replace the heating element in my towel rad, which was a slightly awkward job in the end. I asked Darren and Sean come and replace my ageing traditional-boiler, remove the hot water tank and water tank in the loft, and fit a new Vaillant combi-boiler with a Nest thermostat. The process of working with Darren from beginning to end was a pleasure and extremely straight forward. I had already done the research on BOOST and the reviews from BOOST's customers were the deciding factor, so I'm happy to be able to add to them. Darren 'got' exactly what I wanted, and there was no selling on his part. I could tell from our first meeting with him that he knows his stuff and every suggestion he made was based on sound experience. I wasn't sure whether to go for the Nest or Vaillant smart thermostat, but Darren's advice helped me to make the decision. Darren sent his quote through by email as a PDF and followed it up with a phone call just to check I'd got it. It's safe to say that it was very competitive, but equally important it was simple, clear and explained exactly what the cost would be and what I would be getting. As with all quality trades people we had to wait to get a slot, but we weren't in any rush as our existing system was working. It was a pleasure to have Darren and Sean in our house during the installation, which took just a day and a half. They were prompt, always putting down dust sheets when in the house, and were polite. Where they needed to break through internal or external walls, they made good. The work they completed was of the highest standard and the installation 'just happened'. At the end of the installation they showed me the work that had been completed, how the boiler worked, and some basics of the Nest thermostat I have really high expectations of the quality of work that I complete for my customers, and my experience is that Darren and Sean have exactly the same. I've done the worrying for you, and so please take my advice that you should not have any worries about approaching BOOST to complete any plumbing work for you. Darren and Sean's craftsmanship is of the highest quality and they are both a pleasure to work with.

In short, Darren is honest, professional , efficient and well-humoured and I wouldn't use any other other professional for our heating / water pressure needs again. He helped us completely overhaul the heating system in our new Keynsham house shortly after buying. The previous owners had lived there for about 40 years, there was an old cylinder and very poor water pressure. Darren was responsive, efficient, tidy and true to his word. He found a solution which involved removing the old boiler, cylinders and tanks and installing a new system boiler alongside a mains boost pump to boost pressure to the whole house. ( MBF flomate) Our shower experience is now amazing. We had a tight timeframe to get this done ( weeks) as we were having other building works done before we moved in and my wife was heavily pregnant. Darren moved stuff around and fitted us in. He also moved an annoyingly positioned radiator in the kitchen and replaced all the others in the house in time for the carpets and builders. Thanks Darren.

Excellent company. We had a new combi boiler fitted and we were on a tight deadline as we were going on holiday. Darren moved work around to fit us in which we were extremely grateful for. I recently got the keys to my new house which is a bit of a "doer upper". I initially got Darren round to give me a quote for replacing the old Baxi boiler with a new Vaillant Combi boiler, and to remove the old tanks in the airing cupboard and loft. But after realising the bathroom wasn't that great, I asked Darren to give me a quote for a complete renovation of the bathroom. I literally had no idea what I wanted but Darren was really helpful and knowledgeable! Darren really cared about the end result and making the house look nice - he even suggested things that I hadn't thought of (e.g. moving pipework so that it wasn't as visible). Darren and Sam came to do the boiler. They were both really nice and did a great job. The new boiler looks great, and the addition of the Vaillant VSmart system is really handy! A couple of weeks later Darren and Shaun returned to carry out the renovation of my bathroom. They worked really hard, especially given that it was the hottest week of the year so far!! I honestly could not be more chuffed with the work - I am absolutely in love with my new bathroom. You can really tell that both Darren and Shaun really take pride in their work. The bathroom is stunning and I can't thank you enough! I won't hesitate to use Darren and Boost Plumbing again in the future because I know I'll receive great quality service.

I was undertaking a total house refurbishment. The boiler and heating system in the property was 30+ years old. I was interested in underfloor heating for the downstairs because of the benefits of uniform heat as opposed to radial heat. After obtaining several quotes, I found Boost Plumbing to be very competitive on price and not only that they actually listened to my requirements, whereas I felt the other vendors were really only interested in what they wanted to do. After giving Boost the go ahead to provide underfloor heating downstairs and radial heat upstairs, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, speed and cleanliness of the service they provided. Boost did an amazing job on the fitting and installation, and I am extremely happy with the service and the products installed. My heating bill has been lower than average for a house this size due to the excellent insulation of the sub-floor.
