Very good service, they kept me updated on my booking with email confirmation, and live updates via text on their estimated arrival. Harry was great, very professional and helpful and would thoroughly recommend, he was efficient and returned everything to its correct place after with no mess. I’ve had a few issues in my house with taps and other things breaking. Even though they were small jobs there was no difficulty getting HL Plumbing and Heating to take them on. The booking system is straightforward and the communication about the time slot is excellent. Harry and his team are friendly and reliable, and do excellent work. There is none of the reluctance over a small job that you get with some plumbing companies. They are easy to recommend on every level.

We received a very prmpt response from Harry over messenger who then went out of his way, outside of work hours, to help online with the leak we were experiencing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harry and Aaron at HL Plumbing and Heating Solutions. Harry gave me excellent advice about my heating. I decided to have them install a new boiler and they did the job for me. They were professional and friendly the whole time, arriving promptly, working hard and leaving everywhere clean and tidy. They worked in a Covid safe way and were very respectful of my house. They gave me an absolutely fair price, but then gave me outstanding service and value for money. Absolutely brilliant!

A couple of weeks ago my Mum had a problem with her heating and I asked Harry to come and analyse what was wrong. He came to visit the house quickly, He investigated the problem and then arranged a quote to fit the part that would have provided the solution to the issue. He then came back to fit and skilfully complete the work this week. I went over as well as mum also wanted to know when the heating came on and went off when requested. He explained this terrifically well and I think (hope) my Mum has understood all but at least I was there to hear the explanation, Many Thanks Harry for the professional way you conducted yourself and the patience shown with my Mum. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who was looking to get a Plumbing Job to be done and dealing with us in a very expert manner.
