P.James, the engineer,turned up at the agreed date and time. He set to work and diagnosed that the best solution was the replacement of 2 faulty parts. Quickly, he aquired the original replacement parts locally and installed them. I was very reassured with his profesionalism completing this work. The faulty parts were left with me without asking, which is a good sign of his trust worthyness. The call out charges were very reasonably priced. I can thoroughly recommend JR Plumbing & Heating

s. h.I contacted James of JD Plumbing and Heating for a service and landlords certificates on gas boilers in my two rental properties, along with a repair (no hot water) to my mother's gas boiler.James arrived at the arranged time and carried out both services in a clean timely and professional manner. When going to my mothers property diagnosed the fault on her Vaillant Boiler almost immediately, purchased the part and carried out the repair in the same manner. V. s.James came to move a radiator, fit a new one and disconnect a gas fireplace. He was on time, polite and when he finished left the place tidy couldn't ask for more than that.
L. S.We have used James' expertise on our property for the last four years, from installing radiators and a new boiler, to hooking up new gas pipes from the front to the rear. Everything is carried out meticulously, quite possibly the cleanest tradesperson we've had in the house!
G. G.I went onto the website and emailed in my query, had a call back with 2-3 hours max and James came out to assess the issue with my boiler. Found the issue, and did the work then and there. Cannot recommend James highly enough!
M. B.Our combi boiler packed up and he got it up and running the same day. Even though he didn't have the part, it was a PCB that failed, he phoned and drove around until he found it.
He even fixed our toilet with a part from the van that was far better than the one that was removed.
