Used MP Plumbing to core drill through a wall, tap into an original cast iron soil pipe and put provisions in place for a washing machine. Process couldn’t have been easier from start to finish. Stuart came back to me with a fair quote and a date for the works really quickly. Lewis was early (unheard of!), very knowledgeable, got the work done without issue, advised on other plumbing elements needed as part of the renovations and was completely open about costs. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend!

Great company, quick and easy to organise an appointment that suited me. Great communication with Lewis on the day. Listened to my concerns and tackled each of them methodically. Having dealt with several trade suppliers recently during a refurbishment of my property, dealing with MP Plumbing has been a breath of fresh air. They turn up when they say they will (no mean feat these days!), are polite and considerate when here, complete high quality work to the desired spec and at a good price. Have used Stuart twice- once to replace some parts on our boiler when we found we had a problem with it. Gave some good advice about temperature etc that had been fiddled with! Asked Stuart to come back to install waste pipe in garage for washing machine and a pipe/tap for a hose pipe. Really pleased with the work and price!

My son Paul recommended Stuart and since then we have used his plumbing services several times over the past 12 months. He arrives on time sending a text message 10 mins beforehand. Within 2 mins he is on the job. He is hardworking, but not heavy handed so as not to cause damage. He is knowledgeable, conscientious and trustworthy. I’ve known for a while we needed a new boiler but didn’t know who to get/trust. Stuart recommended three different makes and sent an email within 2 days of being asked with fitted prices for each. He is a registered installer for several boiler manufacturers and we chose the Viessmann Vitodens W-100, (middle price) including a 10yr warranty direct from Viessmann for parts & labour. We are due to have the boilers first annual service in November, by Stuart. Brilliant. He fitted a Hive thermostat and set up the app on my phone. Brilliant. He has replaced our Vado concealed shower cartridges (without damage to to the stud wall) which suffered badly from limescale, repaired the bath waste, replaced the sealant around the bath, all brilliantly. If your looking for a professional heating engineer/plumber to do a top class job, this is the one for you. This is the only review I have ever written for anyone on any product.

I first used MP Plumbing services when living in a flat where only a few minor bits of work were required. I was so impressed with their work and their approach that i've been using them ever since. Recently i have utilised them during a lengthy renovation of a family home which included plumbing in a new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, multiple radiators and a new Hive Central heating hub. In particular i've really valued the consultative approach to the work they do, not always trying to sell the most expensive solution but the best solution to fit the timescale / budget and the constraints of a building that was put together rather strangely... And last but not least, they turn up when they say they're going to turn up, and they invoice what they originally agree to invoice.
