During our annual boiler service the meter showed reduced pressure showing there was a gas leak inside the house. We are very grateful that they found the leak! Two of their engineers (George & Martin) were very thorough in locating gas coming from the pipe to the gas fire. We had to have our fireplace removed a few days later to identify the source of the leak. Martin came back the same day that the fireplace was removed. The gas leak was traced much further back somewhere under the floor and we were faced with having internal concrete floors dug up to find the leak! Mark solved the problem, after seeing the report, by recommending we have the gas re-routed round the outside of the house saving us the cost of replacing floors. The job was arranged quite quickly. Luke spent a day re-routing the pipes and has done an excellent job, his work is very neat and we are impressed with the quality of his work. All three engineers were very pleasant and easy to talk to. We are very pleased at the service we received.

We use Pass and Totterdell on a regular basis for any maintenance needs on our managed properties. The staff in the office are excellent at responding quickly and fitting in any emergencies. All of the engineers do a fab job on finishes of works and always provide service with a smile, couldn't recommend them enough.

Always send us reminders by email when our gas inspection is due, they book it in directly with our tenant and then send us the invoice and the certificate. They couldn’t make it simpler for us. If only every business was as efficient as them.
