Extremely happy! I needed a new kitchen sink and taps fitted and new taps in the bathroom. Rob came round the same day that I phoned him and gave a very reasonable quote. Having not dealt with Rob before and being let down by other plumbers in the past, I found Rob on a Trader review site last week. He was a pleasure from the start, very informative and was able to come out at reasonably short notice to fix a leaking toilet that we had been instructed to get fixed by Bristol Water urgently. What I thought was a simple job turned out to be a more complex job that took Rob nearly three hours but he didn't complain at all and also stuck to the original quote. He seems to have fixed the leak and he left things clean and tidy. I would have no issues recommending Rob to others...

Rob is a good old-fashioned no nonsense tradesman who came out a short notice on a Saturday morning to sort my leaking toilet. He gave me his hourly rate (£40 PH) and suggested I fetch the part whilst he cracks on with the job. The result - a great job in minimum time and at minimum cost. I would have no problem in recommending Rob.
