I first met Dave and the team at Heatcare over 9 years ago when they did all our plumbing work for our home renovation/extension. We had them back for a second extension we did a couple of years ago and also they service the boiler annually. They are polite, helpful, punctual, trustworthy, extremely neat and tidy and above all very skilled and knowledgeable plumbers. They are competively priced and produce high quality work. I always recommend them to family and friends, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Really pleased with the service from Heatcare. They replaced our boiler and moved it upstairs, so quite a lot of work. Very professional, neat job at a reasonable price. Heatcare fitted a completely new heating and hot water system into our house and installed a new bathroom for us - superb service, reliable, great workmanship. Dave and team always happy to help with our queries too. British Gas came to change our gas meter recently and commented on the quality of the pipework in our house....Very happy to recommend.

I can only think that the one star reviews here are from a rival firm because I have used Heatcare for many jobs, both large and small, over the past 8 years, and have always found them nothing less than reliable, helpful and polite and the quality of work is absolutely excellent. You couldn't wish to meet nicer guys than Dave, Roger and Liam and Roger's pipework is actually like a work of art! They have put in new boilers, installed underfloor heating and fitted bathrooms for us, and I continue to get them back every year to service the three boilers that we have here. Not only that, but their prices are very reasonable. I have recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so. I wouldn't use anyone else for plumbing work.

Heatcare have recently upgraded my home heating system to a combi-boiler system, installed underfloor heating in a utility/kitchen/diner extension and upgraded the control systems to Honeywell Evo. (Q1 2018). Work was of an exceptional quality and undertaken very efficiently by Roger and Liam. Highly recommended.

I've now used Heatcare 3 times in 2 different properties. Having been messed about by a so called emergency cover insurer when a boiler failed in middle of January Heatcare attended site next day, fixed problem and bill was less than the original quote. Can't fault the service.
