Previously they fitted a new shower for me, Arrived same day and completed the job quickly. Very professional and efficient service and not had any problems since.
They also changed radiators for my uncles house about a year ago and he was very happy with the service he received from plumbing doctor and his team.

A. P.We had moved into a new home that was occupied for the past 20 years. The lower WC had a revolting stench which the previous owners put down to not using regularly. However after we moved in we realised the problem could be much bigger. The whole ground floor would stink if the door was just opened. I called 4 different plumbing services through out Coventry, some of them charging as much as 165 pounds an hour. All of them made us wait around, giving us various time scales, and subsequently never turned up. We were at our wits end and then when I came across Waseem and his team.
From the get go, he was professional and kept to promised time, which I believe is the most important quality for any tradesman. He communicated regularly with me and evaluated the work over the phone and in person. We also needed 4 temperature controlled bidets fixed, and a tap and drain set changed which was no easy job.
The previous job was shoddy with the drain from the sink left to open directly into a sewer drain with out any seal! It took them an entire day but Waseem and his friendly associate stayed and fixed the whole thing including the installations in one visit.
The work was clean. We no longer have any smells from the sink. The bidets were installed perfectly, concealing the boring bits.
Overall, I would recommend them, eyes closed
P. M.I was having an issue with my existing shower and contacted Waseem at Plumb Doctors for advice as he had previously helped me resolve a leak issue over the phone. Waseem was honest and open with his advice and suggested various options with costs involved and available time slots. I agreed to have a new Mira shower installed and Waseem and his colleague turned up on time and adhered to Covid guidelines. They installed the new shower very quickly and made sure the site was left clean before departing. Very courteous and highly recommended 👍🏼

S. B.I was recommended these guys by my sister as I needed my boiler repaired by a gas safe engineer after being let down by other engineers. They repaired my boiler and also gave it a service free of charge.
I have had my boiler serviced before but not like this they stripped the boiler and used a vacuum to clean it out and also done a few other things which had never been done before by anyone else.
If you want a proper job use these guys as they know what they are doing and they are reliable.

M. G.Had a boiler down and they attended the same day. Charged me £60 for draining condensate trap and advised that my boiler needs service. After they left my boiler worked for 2 more days and issue came back as the draining pipe was blocked as it turned out. They were fast to respond to a call out but didn’t sort the issue out or diagnosed fault correctly. I won’t be using this plumber again
UPDATE: after contacting Plumbing Doctors they refunded my money which I have not expected at all. Because of that I upgraded my review score although I was not asked for it. I think it's very honourable business and as explained above the response time was very quick.

P. J.I called plumbing doctors and I was impressed at how quickly they could attend my property and do a first fix on my bathroom. Waseem came over and quoted up the work then arranged to come back later in the same week.
Waseem is incredibly polite and professional, just a great honest guy. Once they took the boards up it was discovered that my original plumbing was previously installed incorrectly and subsequently they changed all of the fittings from compression fittings under the floor to properly brazed joins, they also fixed a small leak in my central heating pipe, capped off a radiator and did a complete boiler service all in one visit. They went above and beyond on the rectification works and there was no extra charge from the first quote. 10/10 service and I would highly recommend to anyone who requires any plumbing work done.

J. P.We had an issue with our toilet where the water was filling up the cistern and not stopping. It is so hard to find a plumber at short notice and this was the case with the Plumbing Doctors as they were very busy, but what was exceptional service was that he said he could squeeze us in later on in the afternoon which he did. He talked us through what needed to be done and provided us with a very competitive quote. Others would have used the emergency to cash in. He did a very thorough job and went the extra mile.
I would definitely recommend them and I now know someone that I can rely upon in an emergency.
L. Q.I phoned Waseem based on the reviews and he was very attentive and got back to me quickly, knowing that our shower was broken and we didnt have another shower or bath in the house.
He was able to fit me in on the same day and told me my options clearly.
Waseem and Curtis arrived early afternoon with a heads up about 30 mins before. As much as Waseem thought it would be a 45 minute job, unfortunately the person who had fitted the shower before hadn't done a very good job and clearly wasnt a qualified plumber.
Waseem worked on this and got the shower installed, which took a couple of hours longer than expected. Despite this, Waseem didnt charge any more and was happy to complete a difficult job where other professionals might delay. Happy to use again.

N. B.I needed a gas safe registered engineer when my boiler broke down. My family use these guys and after trying other companies which I did not trust I decided to give plumbing doctors a call.
They came down and gave me a reasonable price to repair the boiler and also told us what we should do in the future if the boiler breaks down again (how to top up water).
I gave 5 stars but would have loved to give more as they did go the extra mile even though they did not need to after the boiler was repaired.
I have them booked in to upgrade my bathroom later on in the month!
I would recommend these guys for any job! Reliable, honest and professional!!

I. B.I would recommend plumbing doctors, I had a problem with my electric shower, contacted plumbing doctors, we arranged a date for the plumber to visit. Excellent communication from Wassem, received a call day before to confirm appointment, arrived on time and had my shower working again. He has also recently did some work at my mums house, replaced bathroom taps and resealed the bathtub and shower and the job has been done perfectly.

I. M.I needed a plumber and gas safe engineer in coventry to do all the plumbing and gas work in my property which I just brought.
These guys done the 1st and 2nd fix on my kitchen and both bathrooms. I was amazed by how much work these guys done like fitting additional valves for future maintenance and they even showed me how to use them in case of an emergency. The boiler and radiators was fitted by plumbing doctors. They put all pipes in capping and gave me 10 years warranty with the baxi boiler!
I intend on using these guys from now on for all the properties I buy in the future instead of getting the builder to do the plumbing work as these guys do a better job at a affordable price!

A. L.Waseem and Curtis came to fit a new combo boiler at my property. Contact prior to the day was great, they arrived promptly on the day and got straight into the work. Communication was great throughout, with explanations happily offered for any part of the process. They were clean and did a fantastic job, all warranty paperwork was taken care of and Waseem followed up a few days later to ensure everything was working as intended and there were no problems. Great costs, fantastic customer service and great execution, I would highly recommend their services.
