J. H.Jo at the Derby branch has been a Godsend in helping me place a large Grohe order. I put out a quote request to half a dozen local plumbing suppliers. Some got back to me. Some didn't. But none got back as quickly as Jo did, who then had the patience to help deal direct with Grohe. Perfect service. Will definitely try and use again
