P. M.Mark responded at relatively short notice, to solve my problem with two cold radiators. He attended on a couple of occasions to fix it, and offered further advice and help on the phone during his own time over the weekend. I am very happy with this level of service and would definitely recommend him to friends.

Despite this he was willing to come on a weekend to ensure I had some heating, and then finally at 7pm so I didn’t have another night without it. Really good contact and always on time. Mark came within ten minutes of my chance call. He was calmly expert, soon had everything working and he charged us very little. So he turned a possible disaster into a “problem solved”. Amazing.
I am sure he would have stuck with the task until the boiler was working again.
