D. M.I would definitely recommend Aston from ALM plumbing! After recently moving into a flat, Aston came out to give me a quote. I wanted the bathroom completely ripped out and replaced, as well as a few other things throughout the flat such as adding a stop valve and replacing a radiator with a different sized one. The work was very reasonably priced and Aston was very knowledgeable, with some good suggestions so I went ahead with getting him to do a lot of the work.
I had ordered the majority of the supplies myself, and unfortunately due to delivery issues some of these had not arrived before the work started. Aston was very professional about this and able to accommodate. Communication was great, whenever I had a question about anything I was ordering etc. I was able to easily get in touch for any advice and Aston would always let me know when he was on his way over and give me updates at the end of a days work. The bathroom has been replaced for just over a month now and I’m still over the moon with the results! Highly recommend

Diagnosed the issue swiftly and saved me money by directing me to website to get the parts needed. Was very responsive to all my questions, phone calls and texts. Aston is everything you could wish for in a plumber; he is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Getting tradesmen to come to the centre of town for relatively small jobs can often be problematic but Aston was happy to oblige and his rates are very reasonable.
I will certainly call on him for any future work that I need done and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
G. D.Would have no trouble in recommending ALM to anyone. They answered the call and came out to have a look at our showers thermostatic valve when others wouldn't.
Didn't take Aston long to identify the problem and provide a temporary solution that allowed us to keep the water on to the rest of the house while he sourced replacement part. In order to get us back to normal service ASAP, he offered to return on a Sunday evening, rather than leave it another day.
Will certainly use ALM again if we have any other issues in the future.
