He understood the problem and arrived with the required replacement part, and completed the repair professionally and quickly. Sam is a pleasure to work with. So overall, a high quality service which I recommend without any reservation.

y.Sam was absolutely brilliant, very professional and such a gentleman. He carried out an emergency repair promptly and explained the work carried out. The leak happened at 11pm on Christmas Eve when the temperature plummeted to minus 5 degrees. Sam took it in his stride, headed straight out after my call and within an hour it was all sorted. Highly recommend IV Plumbing and Heating.

W. B.Sam and Kelvin have just completed a total transformation of our disabled shower room into an amazing family bathroom. We recently moved in to a new house that didn't have a bath, which with 2 young kids this is a necessity. Luckily for us, Sam and Kelvin were able to squeeze us in sooner than expected.
