He came over when he said he would looked at the boiler and pipe and found the hidden pipe and fixed it all and created access to the pipe for future. He also gave good advice on how to keep it clear. All done quickly, efficiently and reasonably priced. Definitely saving his number for any plumbing issues I may have in future.
