We would like to thank Tom and his team, Matt and Curtis, at Shires Gas Services for the outstanding job they did recently upgrading our central heating/hot water system. This included the installation of a new external oil boiler, heating/hot water controls and a shower pump. The quality of their work is first class as is their courteous, professional approach and friendly manner. A great bunch of guys! We now have a first class heating system.

Shires recently installed a replacement gas boiler for me and from start to finish they were superlative. Tom responded quickly to my initial inquiry, undertook a thorough inspection to determine the most appropriate boiler and provided a detailed quotation, which was extremely competitive. Over the course of 2 days Tom, Matt and Curtis installed the boiler with utter professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to have such efficient, pleasant and careful engineers working in my home. I cannot recommend them highly enough - outstanding and definitely 10/10.

Having moved just outside Leominster we needed a heating engineer. Tom of Shires plumbing is brilliant! He and his team installed a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar Utility Regular boiler and also a Green Storage cylinder. Controls are provided by a new Honeywell Evo Home system. Additionally, we had quite a few new radiators installed to the system. How did they do….? Very professional, knowledgeable hard working, polite. But above all the attention to detail is superb. They regularly clean up and check with you all is well. Price wise spot on. We will be using Tom for all our plumbing needs going forward I cannot recommend them enough. Peter and Angela

Cannot praise enough. Was a massive whole house job of all new piping, all new radiators & new boiler. Took all old dated heating & pipes away. Was a 4 day job. The team were courteous, professional, & worked great together. Was a pleasure having them in our home. They always double checked with us where we wanted the new items. They cleaned up each day after their work. At the end of the installation they went through everything about the new boiler so we can understand what we are doing. Definitely will use them for servicing to keep in tip top condition. Well done guys 👏

I would definitely recommend Shires Gas Services, Tom, Curtis & Matt have just finished installing a new boiler, hot water tank and 2 new radiators, they have sorted out the messy plumbing of the old system, and now we have a clean finish that can be serviced easily. The guys were professional, and followed COVID guidelines religiously. After having 4 installers quote, Tom was the only one to highlight we either needed to swap like for like boiler models because of an inbuilt safety device or replace boiler and tank. Thank you Tom, Curtis & Matt, and the nest was worth choosing as well.

Fitting a replacement boiler and updating LPG accessories and pipework. It was a pleasure to have Tom and Curtis working at my home. They arrived on time, smartly dressed and worked diligently for 3 days, sometimes dodging the heavy showers. Having discussed at length my requirements they fulfilled these and more, at each stage explaining the progress. Nothing was too much trouble and it was always a discussion on 'what would you like' or 'where should I place this'. I found them extremely knowledgeable, hard working and respected my property. I have no qualms in recommending this company and will certainly use them again if needed.

New oil combi boiler installation. Very professional work from Tom & Matt done to the highest of standards. (Other tradesmen who have been in since have commented on the attention to detail and quality of their work). All work carried out for the pre agreed price within the pre agreed time frame and by the sort of guys you can leave in your house with your Great Auntie Doris and know she's in very safe hands. I wouldn't consider using any other plumber/heating engineer again.
