Phil was unable to help with an emergency leak under my kitchen sink as was off work, but he referred me to his brother Ivan who came round within an hour and fixed it there and then! An absolute lifesaver! Can't recommend Phil and Ivan enough! Thank you!

Oh my goodness what a Knight in plumbers clothing this man is. We had a leak in our under sink cupboard on a Sunday morning & was spilling out under our floor but Phil was out within 30 mins & had soon dug up the concrete & replaced broken pipe. Very tidy & such a nice guy too, cannot recommend him highly enough. Look no further than Phil if you ever need a plummer....he was even nice about my sausage rolls which I'm sure weren't as nice as his wife's😆

Really impressed and pleased with the service from Phil - my bathroom pipe burst at midnight and nearly flooded the bathroom so had to turn my water off, he answered the phone despite the late hour and it being his day off and came before 10am the next day, sorting the pipe and fitting a brand new tap (nicer than my old one!) Price was really reasonable too, and as a young woman alone I felt very safe. Thanks Phil for making something very stressful as stress free as possible!

The owner is on holiday so left his brother’s phone number in his voicemail in case his customers need anything. I am a first time costumer, my boiler came up with a fault and I had no heating no hot water. I called his brother Ivan, instead of charging me a weekend call out he instructed me how to ‘repair’ the fault over the phone! Call that a 5* customer service. Not all heroes wear capes. Philip helped us choose some modern tiles with a coloured grout and then completed the work with excellent attention to detail.
