What fantastic service we received from Terry Slater at the Leicester Branch, having been to a few other companies and coming away with no inspiration. Terry listened to what design we had in mind and gave us some great ideas and options to stay within our budget. It makes a refreshing change not to be rushed, as we did change our mind a few times before coming to the final design. Please pass on our thanks to Terry. Excellent experience, I found all of the staff to be very personable and very helpful indeed. But most of all, the staff were very knowlegeable as to their products and plumbing in general, as opposed to other stores and plumbing merchants in the local area

I brought a part here today for £23 other places where quoting me over £60. The staff in showroom where not very professional busy reading an email apparently. Staff in parts shop brilliant. Grab your self a bargain don't ask anyone in the showroom as there working hard reading.

Used Pochin for the redesign and fitting of a new bathroom in our new house. Small bathroom in Victorian terraced house that needed a rethink in terms of layout and space. Dealt with Nick throughout who was brilliant at figuring out what we needed and helped a lot. Provided regular updates throughout. Really impressed with the finished product. Highly recommended.

The team at Samuel Street are great. I have been coming here for about 5 years now and they are so helpful. Dean is very knowledgeable with all aspects of plumbing and heating and is always happy to advise me on even the most trivial of matters! The young lady and young man on the trade desk are also very friendly and again are always happy to assist and advise. I have been to a lot of other merchants and felt rather intimidated if I didn't know exactly what I wanted or what it was called but the guys at Samuel Street are very knowledgeable without being condescending. Approachable, knowledgeable and efficient. 5 stars.
