Update used these guys again today brilliant service again thanks Karl for the service and advice Fantastic service from initial phone call to completed job. We arranged for 8am meet Jay was here at five to he had the job surveyed and sussed within the hour we had had 4 separate so called experts who were baffled Jay had to come back with ladders and another engineer (never got his name sorry) as it was above the shops . Can you thank the both of them for a very professional job

I live in rented accommodation and have been chasing the estate agents to sort out the drains at the property since March, finally they booked a job with Metro Rod and the nice guy turned up in the rain on Saturday morning and got the drains sorted, but as the drains had got worse over time, they had over flowed onto the driveway and were causing a really bad smell. After the drains were unblocked, he even cleaned the surrounding areas and made the place look great. Job well done.

We called Metro Rod today with an over flowing gully causing a pool in our car park. The service was first class all through the process from logging the job to the two knowledgeable drainage engineers who attended our site .It took them next to no time sorting out the issue and was all done with no disruption to our hospice grounds .I would recommend this company with no hesitation and will certainly be using them again when necessary. We are building contractors and we have a large commercial job on in Liverpool city center, we had an emergency on an adjacent property that seemed to be linked to our project. Metro rod where onsite within a few hours and managed to determine the issue was nothing to do with our works, they then helped us to resolve the issue for the landlord and help get the property back open for business on a busy Friday afternoon. Well were do i start im the maintenance manager for two high street outlets Costa and Kaspers We had a problem with the drains at one of our stores Our neighbours which are hospice and chairty shop saying our store were blocking the drains and they had a local drain company on 3 occasions to clear the drain I rang Metrorod up phil booked the job in for 9am Eddie to attend site when i arrived on site at 8.30 Eddie and chris already on site (to be on time is to be late to be early is to be on time ) After meeting the hospice maintenance manager and being told the local company Can Not get the manhole up 3 times Eddie explain what he was going to do expain where the hidden manhole was how he and chris were going to resolve the problem within 25 mins manhole up and after 2 hr Eddie and chris removed two large pieces of wood camara to show all drains clear to the main drain Remember your paying for this service the Hospice had paid 3 times Dont waste your money and time just call Metrorod and ask for Eddie and chris ( Metrorod do had other engineers ) 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ service 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ engineers 5☆☆☆☆☆ job Many thanks to Metrorod the the onsite team on Eddie and chris
