More than happy to write a small review for Vortex. Having used lots of heating companies over the years, we’ve had all kinds of issues as you can imagine with having no natural gas. Vortex guys, Dave and Phil especially are very experienced, professional and above all friendly. Having all kinds of issues over the years with other companies in the alternative heating, these lads have been nothing short of amazing at their job, you can see that they take a lot of pride in their jobs. Highly recommended!!

I had a problem with my heating. Lots of other companies said they wouldn't come out/wanted to charge me a lot of money. Vortex came and fixed problem the quickly. Rob who came was really friendly and checked everything out for me. He fixed my boiler problem and a leaking radiator. He was super quick, super friendly and explain everything to me - I felt comfortable and reassured and fixing both issues was cheaper than the other companies. Would highly recommend and will be using them again!!

Phoned Vortex after my heating failed at the weekend. Phil responded quickly and professionally and as my heating system was old came up with a solution. Heating working again after Phil and Rob came out a couple of days later. Brilliant service and would highly recommend. Will definitely use in future.

I called Vortex when I had an issue with my boiler and no hot water! Dave who attended when he said he would was profession, polite and kept me informed about what the problem was and what he would need to do to rectify the problem. The issue was fixed leaving me with hot water after he replaced a part and cleaned up after himself. I was very happy with the service and the price of the works as you never know what or who you are going to get! Would recommend.

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Vortex Gas, Brilliant service, punctual, David was amazing, tidy job, was really helpful in what we needed, didnt rip us off! Changed one radiator, put in a new one in another room, floor boards up and put back down, cleaned up any mess, sorted our heating control panel out. Fitted new sink and taps. I have had these do a couple of jobs for us and I wouldnt go to anyone else. Professional they go above and beyond 👌

Used this service yesterday after been let down by 2 gas engineers prior had no heating for 2 days I give vortex a call spoke to a lad (Dave) he was out that night no messing about found out the issue was back out first thing in the morning to fit the new part for me and that was it hotter than benidorm, thanks Dave
