R. B.Adam is very good. He did an annual boiler service. It was quick and efficient and reasonable cost. He was very professional, clean and tidy (you wouldn't have known he'd been in the house), with a fantastic polite bed-side manner and customer service. Having tried SEVEN different plumbers, Adam answered my call and replied to my messages, which is a rare thing for the majority of useless plumbers out there these days! I have another job and will certainly be using Adam again for this. Thank you.
M. O.I was recommended Adam back in 2016 when I needed to replace an old boiler. Due to the distance between the boiler and the outside wall, a specific type of flue system was needed. Adam provided a range of quotes and was very thorough in assessing the explaining the work that would be required. Adam arrived promptly every morning and completed the work by the end of the week. We have contracted Adam several times since and highly recommend his services.
