M. P.Had a plumbing emergency today and visited this little shop, armed with just a photo of the broken part. The man was very friendly and helpful and immediately knew which replacement part was needed. Sold the part at a reasonable price and he kindly gave me step-by-step instructions of how to install the new part. Thank you!

J.Only 4 stars as no Direct experience but via my handyman, who, thanks to Dave, was able to fix initial no-flush problem with my loo, & then subsequent leak, without major replacement of whole thing. m.This shop is like a tardis - small yet huge in terms of content. Like everyone says, always very helpfull and almost always has what you want. Prices are reasonable, and you come out with what you needed, even if you weren't sure what you needed when you went in. I've been going there for what must be nearly 30 years. Top man, top service!
