After returning from Christmas to a broken boiler I decided call London Gas Plumbers, they totally failed to identify the problem and decided to take the radiators of the wall causing a total mess, two hours and a lot of money later I asked him to leave without fixing the problem. The next day I instead called Colin from C W services, within ten minutes he had identified the problem with the boiler and had ordered the parts needed as well as fixed the problems caused by the previous company. This was a friendly, prompt & professional service at a very sensible price, I will certainly be recommending to friends and it’s nice to have a local tradesman I can trust!

Colin and his apprentice Ellis came for four days to install a new boiler and three radiators. They were on time, friendly and professional. They went over & above to make sure everything was perfect, even specially cutting tiles for our bathroom floor rather than extending existing piping above the ground. Colin has been so helpful in recommending what to do when my extremely old boiler gave up - he tried a few fixes but in the end we decided a new boiler was the way to go as we couldn't get parts as the boiler was discontinued (in 2004!) Colin is very trustworthy and organised quotes for a new boiler and installed it over two days. He came across other problems with the old set up and rectified them all along the way. It has been a very quick, easy and straight forward process through Colin. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely rely on him for any future jobs. Thank you Colin!
