He came (less than 24 hours after I called), he diagnosed (blocked heat exchanger), he fixed (spirits of salts flush through the said heat exchanger). And explained what he was doing along the way. Apologies to his other client whose job he moved from am to pm so that he could come to us first. He said it would be OK so I hope it was. Water has never been so scalding hot !

Luckily, I finally heard about this guy. Jason fixed everything I needed done very efficiently, on time and the communication worked fantastically. Highly recommended.
