After 20 minutes of job he offered us a discount on account of my kid's ball's mess on the bathroom floor. Also, I found it very nice that he took time to explain all the details with me. Toilet is now good.
C. c. h.Excellent service today! Shaun was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The company gave me a 4 hour window, but the plumber showed up at my door less than an hour after I called. Shaun unclogged my tub and left the bathroom spotless. He even took paper towels and wiped the tub after he finished. I was afraid the plumber would make a mess on the floor, but there was not a drop of water on my floor after he was done. OUTSTANDING service!
