Called Dustin as my girlfriend read his reviews and I needed an emergency plumber quickly. Dustin tried to talk me through the problem myself so that there wouldnt be an emergency call out charge. When I said that I'd need him to come he was here within ten minutes and identified the problem very quickly. I booked for him to come in that week and repair a waste pipe that had burst a hole, this involved him removing the bath to get to it. Initially when removing the bath Dustin took a smallchip out of the bath, I wasnt bothered about this but he insisted he would replace the bath free of charge. He did an excellent job with the repair and was so quick. Had it done in half the time he thought it would take! He was professional, friendly and very reliable. Can one hundred percent recommend him and wouldnt hesitate to call Flotec again in the future.
