Brilliant service and will definitely call him again. Ricky came same day to fix the broken boiler, identified the issue quickly and managed to fix it temporarily. Explained why we needed a new boiler and helped to pick one. Great communication, great service. You can see he’s a perfectionist and likes to get things right. Ricky managed to fit the boiler in a few days, on the weekend (which we appreciated!) Highly recommend. Thanks Ricky!

Super efficient and professional. Initial consult was well executed and he discovered issues instantly that other plumbers failed to notice. 2 guys came on the day and replaced the pipes with nice new ones and installed them in a much better way than they were previously. Left no mess behind. Tested everything thoroughly before they left. I’m really impressed with them as I’ve always had negative experiences with this trade. And they came on a Sunday 👌🏾. Our heating was turning on at odd times in the middle of the night. We left messages with a couple of local plumbers but got no response so looked on Checkatrade and found Gasflow. Ricky called back 10 minutes later and tried over a couple of calls to help us diagnose the fault, in case it was just something that we could fix ourselves. After a few days of trying various programme settings on the heating controller, we reached the conclusion that the control unit was faulty. Ricky arranged to come round that Saturday and put in a Hive control system that works perfectly. We received great service and good advice. Will definitely use him in future.

On Christmas day we had a leak from a pipe in my son's bedroom and water was pouring through the ceiling. We called Ricky from Gasflow Plumbing and Heating and he was here within the hour. He identified the issue, fixed the leak, cleaned up the mess in my son's bedroom and stayed until he was sure that the problem had been fixed. It wasn't cheap, but it was Christmas day and he did a great job. He also cleared a blocked toilet, in the loft while he was here! I would definitely use this company again.
