I had problems with my heating & hot water as my boiler was very old ! 30 years old !! Found it very hard to get hold of a reliable plumber and my good friend recommended Chris ‘geo thermal’. I called him & he came round the very next day.. not to my surprise I needed a new boiler. Within 2 days I received a reasonable competitive quote. He booked me in as urgent. Chris is very polite & friendly. He works well and cleans up afterwards. My new boiler looks amazing & I actually have hot water and radiators now!! I would defo use Geo thermal again Thank you Chris

Highly recommend Chris! I needed my boiler serviced so I sent messages to 3 different valliant approved installers via the valliant website. Chris was the only one that contacted me the next morning to arrange a convenient time to get my boiler serviced. Such great service received!! Chris is friendly, efficient and reliable. Great service! Our boiler decided to pack up for the New Year, but Chris came out straight away to fix it for us. The old boiler was no good so he installed our new boiler and gave a step by step on how to use it. Very knowledgeable, efficient and great customer service. Would highly recommend!

I have found Chris at Geo Thermal to be extremely professional and competitive. When our boiler finally packed up last Friday I contacted British Gas (who we've had a Homecare policy with for several years). They were unable to come until the following week, so we googled and found Geo Thermal, who are local to us and the reviews looked very encouraging. Despite being very busy Chris came round that day, rearranged his weekend social commitments, and by mid afternoon on Saturday we had a new boiler with a 10 year warranty installed. Chris carried out the work in a highly organised and efficient manner, and for a fair price. I will 100% be using Chris going forward and recommend him very highly.

We had a leaking cold water pipe semi-buried in concrete and behind kitchen cabinets. On family recommendation, we called Chris on a Saturday evening, he said he could come Sunday 9am and he arrived right on time. Finally we have a genuine trustworthy plumber and heating engineer we can call.

Heating failed so called around - Chris was enthusiastic and came to the property within the time frame he had suggested. Punctuality is important. He quickly ascertained the problem and provided a quote prior to works being carried out. Very professional. Chris was knowledgable and gave a detailed explanation of the remedial works and advised that there should have been elementary work carried out by the guy who had serviced the boiler only a few weeks ago. Very reassuring. He was clean, efficient and left contact details. Chris offered to forward ‘before and after’ photos of the works carried out in order to support my claim against the current warranty. Most helpful. Had the pleasure of dealing with Chris for a gas safety check and some plumbing work. I must say the gas check was extremely thorough compared to other contractors I have hired in the past. I received the certificate there and then, all remarkably efficient. There was also a strange issue with the kitchen sink, which would only leak intermittently. Chris homed in on the source of the problem at once, restoring my sink to full functionality. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Chris again for all my plumbing needs.

My Worcester Bosh boiler leaked and my previous gas engineer was adamant that that it had to be replaced at a cost of £2.5k. Chris, GeoThermal was a lot more constructive and customer oriented. He offered to repair it first as all other parts are in good condition. The boiler is now working well. I will definitely use Geothermal again.
