We have used Gavin's services several times over the years and we are happy to recommend him wholeheartedly. He arrives on time, is polite and friendly and carries out the work quickly, efficiently and leaves no mess. He has always sorted out any problem we have had with our central heating and is very responsive when we need to get in touch.

Our boiler was replaced last year, (for which I posted a review). I was informed at the time that GJL would contact me in 1 years time to arrange the Annual maintenance requirement. Sure enough, GJL contacted me in plenty of time and a visit arranged. This visit was carried out at the arranged time and the Engineer, I believe Gavin, was very pleasant and carried out the work to a very good standard. Gavin also installed the boiler so I now feel as though I know him as more than just a visiting Engineer, having a good chat whilst he was here. All in all a very satisfactory visit and I know that next year the same will apply, which takes a load off my shoulders as I tend to forget things at my age and would probably forget to call them to book! Absolutely amazing service. I've had a few hiccups with my kitchen taps where the water was not running or would only drip slightly and a small leakage with the toilet. Gavin came right over and fitted in new taps and fixed the leakage in a timely manner. Reasonable price as well. This is my second time using GJL and can honestly say this company is consistent. I would definitely recommend.

Gavin came along with his apprentice Alfie to fix my toilet that wouldn't flush. As an emergency call out they arrived promptly and showed immediate respect for my home by putting on shoe covers before entering. Gavin was on the ball, ready to work and prepared with new parts on board, whilst Alfie was quick to locate mains water supply and clear the area for access. As with most properties things are never straight forward and mine was no exception. Gavin, exuding true professional, promptly resolved the problem and completed the replacement and repairs. The quality of work is brilliant and the excellent customer service means GJL have certainly earned my repeat custom and sincerest recommendations to anyone seeking competent plumbing services. Gavin Levy is a plumber you can trust who does what he says he will do and at the time that he says he will do it! This is my third time using him and he does not disappoint. Earlier in the year he fixed a leaking pipe urgently and then on a more scheduled appointment took out and fitted a new boiler. This time again as an emergency he sorted out and isolated a pipe after our shower broke. When we contacted him again because suddenly we had no water coming from our bath taps he again came on time and sorted the issue and having tried to fix the taps went out and obtained new taps and fitted them with the minimum of fuss. He is extremely reliable and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him and his firm to anyone who has any plumbing issues whether to do with pipes, taps or boilers.

Gavin, his plumbers mate, {sorry didn't get his name), were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, conscientious, and very professional. I have dealt with many engineers, for property repairs, they are up there with the best. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I have a buy to let in Bournemouth which needed a new boiler fitted. The Letting Agent gave me a quote from their supplier and although GJL are based in Surrey, as I have used them before and was very happy with their service, I asked them for a quote too. Despite the fact that GJL had to travel approx. 100 miles to attend to the works, their quotation was substantially cheaper than the local company's. GJL then attended to the works a few days later and did an excellent job. I would thoroughly recommend them. GJL are a quality, responsive and professional company that really go the extra mile at a very competitive price.
