He did let me know he was really busy during the week but would make every effort to squeeze me in as we were experiencing very cold weather. He kept me updated on his schedule and made an extra effort to come out after his last call one evening. He fixed the boiler, explained what had gone wrong. Showed me a few tests and ensured it was all up and running before he left. I am very pleased with the service and price. I would highly recommend using this company.
