Jason was fantastic when we got him to fix our boiler and pipes. He outlined all of our options clearly (and in a way non-plumbers can understand) and his work was of really high quality, completed quickly and professionally. He's been a great find and we'd definitely use him again!

Thank you to Jason saving the day, my pump seized up and had no pressure on my hot water upstairs and downstairs, he came asap checked very quickly what the issue was and immediately went out and got me a new pump installed it correctly and my hot water pressure was back on. Very responsive and reasonable in price, as everywhere else I called were extortionate in price. I will 100% be using Jason again for all my plumbing needs. Brilliant service! We called Jason and he managed to fit us in same day. Once he had identified the problem he gave us options but never pressured us into doing anything. When he and his partner were installing our new boiler they were conscious of our new baby at home and tried to keep the noise to a minimum which we thought was so lovely. Will definitely use again.

Really easy to use = peace of mind! Fully quoted works via WhatsApp within two hours of the initial enquiry. I supplied pictures and videos of the works I wanted. Site visit within a week, naturally there were some things we reviewed as you'd expect. I highly recommend Jason (and his colleague Ross). They are very knowledgeable and can identify the issue with ease. The work is done with no fuss and is of high quality. Honest, super helpful, reliable and efficient with uplifting attitude. We thought that the work was going to take 2-3 days but was actually done in a day(with various extra little jobs- leaking radiator, sink plug, toilet flush button...) Jason came back the next day to do some adjustments, yet again offered great advice and declined additional payment. Overall great service.

Jason was quick to come and identify the problem and moved things around to fit in installation of the new boiler and Google Nest system quickly as we were not able to use the old boiler any longer.
