P. R.Really helpful, lovely staff. They went over and above to help me when my tap was leaking by sending out a plumber on the same day who replaced it, at no charge, even though the tap was fitted badly by a handyman who has no association with them. Highly recommended!
D. N.I am no plumber or expert. My tap stopped working. I knew it was the valve, i had no idea about what part to buy. But i had the old broken valve, i took it in and asked if they had one. They looked at it and immediately knew which valve i would need. A good price, got a nice new valve. The tap handle was chipped and i got a new matching set of those too.
Much cheaper than buying a full tap replacement. Good prices and good knowledge too. Thankyou.
They take debit/credit card too. There is free parking round the back at weekends.

A.Unbelievably helpful experienced gent behind the counter, went in there without any professional knowledge of my own with a real difficult ask to solve a unique problem to bridge the gap between dislodged sink waste pipe with old style threaded connector to another pipe and he managed to troubleshoot his way around the problem and sold me what I needed for a low price with clear instructions of what to do. Couldn’t be more appreciative. Fixed a problem that had been going on for years with his help. Thank you!
