J.After a drain blockage in the basement of our premises caused a huge flood, Bob went above and beyond to assist in clearing this drain and assisting in the clean up afterwards. He kept me informed throughout and was incredibly professional with great communication.

As it happened during the lockdown, Bob couldn't attend the flat but we have exchanged videos, he managed very quickly to identify the issue and guided us in the most professional way how to fix the problem with live videos and demonstrations. He also supplied us with replacement shower rubber hose seal so we could fix it. The best service we could hoped for. Highly recommended.
