M. P.Had a problem with a noisy stop valve in cellar, so had to get them out for a leak investigation. . . As soon as they arrived, no B.S & straight to work. Had to remove small section of laminate floor and floor board. Tool less than 2hr. Didn't even have any of the snacks I bought for them because they were more concerned about getting job done as fast&efficiently as possible.
They also tried to fix stiff door which was nice of them. Stiff door caused by leaking pipe.
The ONLY negative is one of the plumbers did not wear a mask when he entered property through living room area. Yes, he was in there very briefly, not more than 2 minutes. So just need to be more aware IF dealing with older/vulnerable adults.
