n. a.I was really impressed with Michael at MDS. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and then booked us in for our new boiler installation within a week of us accepting his quote. He very patiently coached me through the choices of boilers and his quote itself was very clear and detailed. On installation day he was punctual, polite and really clean and tidy. He explained clearly how to use our new smart thermostat and our home is now warmer than it’s ever been. We will definitely call Michael first if we have any plumbing problems in the future and won’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
