Fantastic service. Heating wasn’t working and we had a radiator leak (emergency) late one night (on a Sunday evening) and he arrived within 15 minutes! I was so grateful and relieved to get someone at such short notice! He helped to isolate the problem and replaced valves on two radiators. Highly recommend.

Nerijus is very thorough and did an excellent job - I had the boiler serviced, system cleaned and three radiators installed. Nerijus is, quite simply, the best. We’ve had him over to complete various jobs, including fitting a new towel rail, removing a radiator and fitting new taps. He had a good idea of what was wrong from our phone conversation and he was at great pains to explain the fault in terms I could understand. Can't recommend Nerijus enough. He worked very hard to fix the thermostat cartridge on the shower tap within the hour as promised. Talked through everything he did and gave some very useful advice and tips before and during job. Will have him back for future jobs.

I booked Nerijus for a few small jobs; including 'stabilising' my floating gas meter (floating on a lead pipe), disconnecting an old hob and reconnecting the new one two days later as well as a boiler service. I could not be happier with the work carried out and the cost was clearly indicated before booking (Nerijus had visited to check on the gas meter so he could estimate time and parts). Costs per hour are handily posted on his website. He's a very nice chap; polite, very punctual and can be contacted reliably. To illustrate he had to make three visits and always arrived at the agreed time. He had planned all the jobs thoroughly, so there were no last minute trips to parts suppliers. Quality of workmanship was first class, plus, he leaves everything clean and tidy afterwards. I have already recommended him to close friends, which for me is a good litmus test. Of course I will use him again - I have one small job left and will be contacting him again soon!

Nerijus came within an hour and found the problem immediately. He needed to get a part and returned the next day exactly as promised. His work was excellent and he was pleasant and very efficient. We will always use him for any other plumbing work. First class and highly recommended.

We were exceptionally impressed with Nerijus. He is very thoughtful and analytical. He is very reliable - he arrives when he says he will and doesn't leave till things are sorted. A couple of times he has come round in the evening to sort out urgent problems we had. After dealing with rather shady plumbing companies in the past I was really worried about finding someone I could trust. I could not have found an easier person to deal with. Nerijus got back to me within an hour, and was able to fix the plumbing issue with an overflowing toilet. He talks you through each stage and makes this rather complex issue easy to understand. NV has now performed a number of tasks for me: 1. Boiler service in 2019. 2. Replaced two radiators and moved the piping in order to move a washing machine. Nerijus is a real expert in radiators and pipework - he was able to advise for instance the best way to Run the pipework for the movement of the washing machine. We also encountered some problems changing the radiators as the old flooring was still in place and Nerijus was able to overcome this. I would highly recommend if you want a job done right and to high quality.

My toilet was draining water continually into the basin. I knew it was probably a valve not sealing properly but couldn’t sort it myself with the mechanism behind the tiles. Used google reviews to call a few places and settled with a very reasonable hourly rate with Marius. Came out on time, very polite and ended up cleaning the seals and grime from the inside of the tank and suggested I order the whole mechanism in case it went next time. He showed me how to remove it myself so I didn’t need him again. Top guy, honest and a good price. Paid for the hour. Job done. Having him come back to do another job in my other flat. Had a very stubborn blockage from kitchen sink. Due to the nature of the pipe work, impossible location to reach underneath concrete floor, wrongly fitted joints (probably) and the length of the waste pipe to the main drain - much more than 10 meters, most likely 13 meters. NV couldn't unblocked the pipe with snake rod and pressure pump the first time. It was getting late, I had to call the job off. NV promised to call me if he finds a viable solution. As promised, he did call me the next morning to offer possible solutions. But I thought I'll give it a try myself with a 10 Metters flexi rod from Amazon. It was hard work, not only I failed to unblocked the drain, the rod is now stucked, I couldn't pull it out! Anyhow, I did some research on the subject, seems like there's no other option without removing the floor. So I called NV to discuss my best option without digging into the concrete floor. NV came up with a genius solution and offered to do this with (no fixed no charge). Which I had my doubt if it's going to works. So NV arrived on time, attached his modified pressure device to the blocked pipe - WAHLA! To my surprise, a few pumps that's all it took to unblocked the pipe! Reasonably priced, on time, honest, professional, friendly - and a very happy customer. Thank you NV!

Nerijus thoroughly deserves all the glowing reviews below; he is meticulous, detail-oriented and keen to repair rather than replace, where it is economic. I have just watched in awe as he dismantled and reconstructed my Worcester Bosch boiler in order to replace a faulty expansion vessel (which was causing constant loss of pressure). After weeks of anxiety and constantly topping up the boiler, I couldn’t be happier. Pricing was fair too, the cost of two hours’ labour, plus parts. As others have mentioned, I won’t be calling anyone else for my future plumbing and boiler issues.

Nerijus replaced and fitted new radiators in our 4 bedroomed house in SE4 in December of 2017. I just remembered to post a review since I'm sitting pretty in a warm and toasty front room and its been so long because I haven't had to think about the heating since it was installed... Nerijus was VERY efficient and had an array of modern tools that had other trades working in the house green with envy.. his price was very fair, the work was faultless, he came back to check and balance the system as part of the service, and he was hard-working, considerate, polite and very good at his job.
