I needed a Gas Engineer in a hurry for my boiler and I got the One Response contact details from the Gassaferegister. Nick came within 2 hours, ran tests, made adjustments and got the boiler working again very quickly.
The booking process, billing and payment system worked very well and Nick gave me further advice, which I have followed up. He was very experienced, competent and professional. I recommend him and will call him again in future.
E. S.Nick's a good plumber who doesn't do unnecessary work or overcharge. He's twice recently given me free advice. The first related to a green leak from my boiler - Nick popped in when he was driving past, and realised the boiler was probably new enough to be under warranty (it was, just), and the company would sort the problem for free (they did). The second was when I texted him about my kitchen tap, which was spraying water sideways. He advised I unscrew the end and see if I could replace the aerator - again I could, for a few calls and £20. On neither occasion did Nick charge me, which was greatly appreciated! He's previously done work on my hot water system, which was done well and not expensively.
