We had water leaking through the ceiling in a room downstairs. Plumber London's team was caring with good customer service. The plumber arrived very promptly and was very efficient. After a very thorough, not to mention a very impressive investigation, the plumber was able to identify the exact location of the leak. Thank you to all the team .Time to book a roofer!

Very very good service! We take their help to replace taps in our vintage washrooms. They came as arranged, punctual, and quoted for the job. They came back a week later and did the work on schedule. The plumber was an experienced professional and we were very happy with the end result. The cost was substantially cheaper than the normal plumber we use, and the service was far more competent. I'd be very happy to recommend them to our friends!

I called plumberlondon for some electrical work, and was lucky enough to get a technician called George who was free that day. George arrived bang-on time, and grafted all day to complete the job. When I was trying to decorate my bathroom, I stood on the toilet seat to paint the ceiling and there, I broke the connection from the toilet to the main pipe. So there I am on my own, lying in the toilet with my thumb stuck up a pipe stopping water from free-flowing all over the floor of my first floor flat !! Traumatic !! That is when I called them for an emergency plumbing service! If you need a plumber - give them a shout, they won't let you down.

To be honest Plumberlondon certainly arn’t the cheapest but they’re trustworthy and they did a great job. We broke our boiler in Fulham, and George was there within 45 minutes. The thing was irreparably broken and he was in at 7.45 the next day to install a new boiler. Yes expensive but you know what you’re going to get and in this weather, with two kids, we were happy to pay. All in all very happy.

Had some trouble scheduling with other plumbers. When I approached this company, it was a welcome change. Their communication was straight forward. The issue was rectified and the company is responsive with all requested quotes provided. This is our second time to approach them, currently waiting on a visit to fix an issue with buckling floor. This review will be updated with description and quality of fix.

We found a leak from the cold water pipe under the kitchen sink. We received excellent quick response to our call. Although it is a small job, it would have blown up and caused a lot of water damage to my flat and the flat below me. Though it was after 5 pm on Friday evening, the response time was very quick. I was also informed of the time the technician would be with me and he arrived on time.

Only one word for their service, excellent. My dishwasher malfunctioned, so called them on a Saturday morning. A very friendly chap on the phone promised a plumber before 10 am. And I was surprised to see a plumber turn up before 9 am. Thank you guys for your outstanding service!
