They sent in a plumber knowledge and the tools necessary. I had two plumbers before who were unable to clear the clog. They were also the cheapest. The plumber was clean and knowledgeable
In any case, I'm keeping his card. He was very professional, and the dispatch service was very effective at getting me an appointment within an hour, I'm very happy with their service.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. He handled the problem quickly and even cleaned up the backed up sink in basement. L. B.Can't speak for everyone at Plumber Stratford but Laurence is awesome! Having bought an old neglected house in Stratford, I've got my plumber on speed dial. Over the past year, I've basically had my entire house re-plumbed by him and his crew as well as a water heater replacement, garbage disposal and washer and dryer install and obviously the required plumbing for all of it.
His estimates have always been spot on and very reasonable. He has made time on very short notice (who wants to take cold showers for even a day?). Can't speak highly enough of his professionalism and competence as well as dedication to doing a good job!
Will also add the admin staff is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Hard to go wrong with Plumber Stratford.
