L. B.Very pleased with the service I had on my boiler. The engineer came on time, completed the work quickly and gave me an update on the condition of the boiler. He also fixed a problem I had with the cistern on my downstairs loo. He ran down to the local plumber merchant to get a small part to fix the toilet. He didn’t charge me for the loo as he said it was such a small job. Can’t fault it and I would definitely recommend Progas to anyone
G. P.By the time I called Nyaz out I had been without gas for 5 days. I had been passed from pillar to post in terms of resolving the gas leak issue and there was progress being made during this time but it was minimal. Nyaz was able to come round the very same day and fix the problem. He was speedy and professional throughout and gave me realistic expectations from the start which he far exceeded.. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will definitely be saving his number for any future work.
