We used pulse after reading all of the great reviews they have and were not dissappointed at all. Josh arrived on time and was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He changed the piping for an old radiator into a heated towel rail across the room. Would 100% recommend Pulse and really appreciated all of their help! Tom

I'll add to all the 5-star reviews! Josh turned up, did the job, and I got a fair bill. No extra changes, or anything silly like that. The job was a blocked external pipe, which was replaced as it was so severe. In case you are worried by all these glowing reviews, don't be, on this occasion. I've been stung before with fake reviews (by a #1 ranking London Locksmith) so I cross-checked the reviewers' other reviews, and I can say now Josh has been round, that they weren't wrong. Josh will be the first person I call in future in case of any other plumbing mishaps. Thank you!

Josh, has done a couple of jobs for me now with the second one requiring a decent amount of detective work to understand what a previous plumber had done so wrong the first time. In the end he had to re-plumb 2 of my rads in my loft extension and rebalance the system. He is always on time, explains thoroughly what has to be done and is very tidy and clean while doing his work. Will not hesitate to use him again.

Josh recently removed and replaced an old radiator with a heated towel rail in my small toilet. This involved moving pipework as the new towel rail was fitted on another wall. Tricky pipework but work done to a high quality. I am very happy with my new heated towel rail. I would definitely recomment him.

I can't rate this company highly enough.... shout out to Tom, Josh and the apprentice. They have been fitting a boiling water tap system and waste disposal system at our property today. It wasn't as straightforward as we had hoped but these guys would not give up until the job was completely finished to ours (and their) satisfaction. Money doesn't buy the customer service or committment these guys showed today. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and thank you again.

I’ve had problems with plumbers for some years. They don’t turn up, can’t find the problem or just don’t know how to fit a particular shower despite my pointing out instructions were on You Tube. And charge the Earth. Then I was introduced to Josh @ JA London plumbing. I won’t be looking anywhere else in the future. He is what a tradesmen ought to be. Polite , helpful and an obviously extremely knowledgeable and capable plumber.I called him in after a new washing machine flooded. He not only saw the problem immediately, it had been wrongly connected , but he then advised me on how to claim against the supplier even writing an excellent report detailing the damage he could see had been done so I could use this for my claim.
